Smartboard

Smartboard is a great tool that so few teachers take advantage of. Once you figure out the tricks it is actually fairly quick and easy to learn. You can create customizable and interactive PowerPoint projects about any given topic. There are also so many templates out there that you can use as resources and then adapt to your needs. On the alternate websites page you will find websites offering smartboard tutorials, lesson plans, games, etc.  Below is a simple (and work in progress) smartboard lesson plan around seasons. I have also attached a Jeopardy game that I have customized focusing on Kindergarten grade level. (Note: There is a Disney category, however, I would not use Disney in the classroom)
